Hi, we're Kelsey and Soumya.

Here's the center of it: we're two women building the careers we actually want, figuring it out as we go. Not the finished, polished version. The real one. And we're a little obsessed with helping other women do the same, because we know how powerful a woman becomes the moment she gets her hands on the keys.

We didn't find those keys alone. At every turn there were women a few steps ahead who reached back and opened a door, who told us the thing no one says out loud. Kind of like a little birdie. We are who we are because of them.

Late 20s and 30s are a strange stretch to be ambitious. The ground keeps shifting (AI, the economy, the company reorganizing around you, the role you wanted changing shape under your feet), and you're expected to keep rising through all of it. Here's the part nobody admits: most of us were never handed the real story. The moves that actually get you ahead get passed in private, to whoever happens to be in the room. We think they belong out loud, to all of us.
