Live on Zoom. The room is capped at 20 seats on purpose, and there are no recordings and no replays: the room is the product. Do I have to be on camera?
Cameras on while we work, off while you eat. If you need a few minutes dark, take them.
I'm not job searching. Is this for me?
Yes. The 20th is for anyone whose career story needs words, searching or not. The Search Party, our job-hunt brunch, returns in October.
What if I'm the quietest one in the room?
Perfect. The format does the introducing for you. On the 20th your partner reads your sentence to the room, and share-outs are structured, never a cold call.
