A seat in the room, all year.

Becoming a Birdie means the whispers reach you first, and there's always a room that knows your name. Twelve months of us, in it with you.

The first 50 to join are Founding Birdies, named in the flock for good.

You can read every newsletter ever written and still be alone with the decision on a Tuesday night. The intel is the start. The company is the point.

What a Birdie gets

A room every month

Twelve member-only gatherings a year, hosted by Kelsey and Soumya. Small enough that you talk, steady enough that nobody re-explains her situation from scratch.

$47 each · $564/yr

Your series seat

One seat in The Series each year, fall or spring, your pick. Six weekly sessions on one thing, properly.

$450

The archive

Every session, kept. The replay library of how women actually got the thing: the money, the title, the life.

The group chat

Where the actual questions get asked at 11pm on a Wednesday, and answered by women who've been there by morning.

The directory

Every Birdie, findable by industry, role, and interests. We make introductions, and we hand you the map to make your own.

the math isn't subtle

"I sent a value validation project after my first conversation with a startup. It helped me move from an initial interview to a second round, and then to a final in-person interview."

It's for you if...

You've got a real call coming this year — the title push, the offer, the stay-or-go — and you want people in it with you.

You're done being the only one of your friends who talks comp out loud.

You want the kind of network that knows your situation by name, not the kind that endorses you for Excel.

Skip it if...

You're looking for a big network to lurk in. The rooms are small and we'll learn your name, that's the whole design.

You collect memberships the way some people collect tabs. The archive rewards the women who show up; it can't do the showing up for you.

You want networking with an agenda. Nobody here is a lead. Come as a person or the whole thing doesn't work.

If none of that is you, then honestly, we've been waiting.

Kelsey Soumya

Every gathering, every series session, every reply — it's us, Kelsey and Soumya. No rotating hosts, no facilitators you've never met.

The questions worth asking

What if I can't make the gatherings live?

Every session lands in the archive, so you never lose one to a calendar conflict. But the rooms are the heart of this — if your schedule truly never allows a live hour, the membership will feel like a very nice replay library, and we'd rather tell you that now.

I'm not job-hunting right now. Is this still for me?

Most of the money decisions in a career happen while you're employed — the review, the comp conversation, the scope creep, the stay-or-go. That's exactly what the rooms are for. Job searches are a season. Membership is for the years between them.

If I join mid-year, when do I get my series seat?

Your seat applies to whichever series comes next — fall or spring, your pick. Nothing is prorated away from you.

Where does the group chat live?

In a private space we'll invite you into the day you join. Small on purpose, no algorithm, no strangers.

What if it's not for me?

Cancel anytime, and you keep everything you've already gotten. We're building a flock, not a trap.

Still deciding? Read The Brief for a while first — the door doesn't close.
